If you are relocating to Denmark or are already here but unable to attend viewings personally, our Home Search Plus Package is a good choice for you. We search out the entire housing market, and use our broad network, to find the best housing option for you, based on your financial criteria and housing requirements. We use our real estate network and contacts to find housing options that match your expectations, hopes and dreams. You will get a dedicated agent who is on your case specifically. We arrange and attend viewings for the housing options that you are interested in, and take care of all dialogue with the landlord or administrator, negotiating rent and contract terms where possible. After the contract has been drawn up by the landlord we will provide you with a full contract explanation so there is no ambiguity about any of its terms or implications.
You will have a dedicated relocation agent working closely with you throughout to ensure your needs are met during the entire process.
Please note that viewings that take place more than 20 km from our offices will incur a transport fee of 100DKK per 10 km.
