Great service that saved us time and stress! This is the second time we have used the Charlie’s Roof ‘Home Search’ service and both times they have been extremely helpful (and successful!).
Elke quickly found our description or ‘wish list’ from when we worked with them two years ago and we discussed via phone how to update this. Within a few days we had a big list of possible apartments to decide to view (or not) and Elke secured viewings for us as soon as possible (which is difficult in the current situation, rental agencies are busy and there is not so much advertised). She also followed up after viewing so she could streamline her future suggestions with regards to location, size etc.
We had two apartments that we liked and it was arranged to keep our second choice on hold until we had decided. So within 3 weeks we have signed a lease on a great apartment.
Elke is extremely approachable and we felt very comfortable asking her any questions-general, specific or possibly downright silly-we had. Can recommend their services!
