After months looking for housing, a friend of mine recommended Charlie’s roof’s services. We thus arranged a meeting with CR, where we got assisted by Nathalie. We felt immediately very confident after talking to her and she made us feel that everything would be alright (at that stage we were quite desperate for finding a flat!). We couldn’t have been luckier, as within the first week Nathalie arranged 4 viewings for us and one of those ended up being our new apartment. Nathalie was VERY kind and pacient, and took very well care of everything. She answered always all our questions in no time and worked even off her working hours to attend our demands. We were definitely very impressed by Natalie’s work and, in overall by Charlie’s services; and would recommend Charlie’s roof without any hesitation.
